You know what it is,
March-- Day number two.
The birthday we celebrate
Of a famous magoo
Oh, how they love that dear Dr.,
So much and so well,
In whose honor we have a special
Show and Tell
And whose books we love to read
Over and over
About cats, hats, and elephants,
and teeny clover.
We even wished to fashion,
A cute bulletin board,
With not one thing or two things,
But eighteen of course!
Happy Read Across America Week!

Ahh I love your show and tell idea! That is adorable! Don't kindergarten kids just love show and tell!?! Your thing one etc... bulletin board is also adorable! Did you use white paint and permanent markers? I think it is hard to write on paint. Love them!!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Yes the blue, white, and red are paint (also made for a little impromptu art lesson when they washed their hands and watched them turn purple from mixing the colors :)
DeleteI did little circles with construction paper for the "Things" glued those on, and the kids drew the faces with pencil and I traced over with a sharpie :)
Love all of your pictures!!
